1 in 3 multivitamins don't have nutrients claimed in label
A new review of popular multivitamins found that almost a third did not contain the amount of nutrients claimed in their labels. After testing 60 multivitamins, researchers at ConsumerLab.com found many had either too much or too little of specific nutrients.

The study did not review the bio-availability of the vitamins to see which ones actually could be digested and get into your blood stream.
